How it all began ....

Jason Townshend started as a sole trader over 30 years ago. He incorporated Smoke Vent Limited as a Registered Company in 2013.

Jason started his career straight from school as an Electrician following the successful completion of an Electrical Engineering Apprenticeship. Jason followed this career path until diversifying into the Smoke Ventilation Industry in his early 20’s.

Jason has built up an extensive wealth of specialist smoke ventilation knowledge, experience and skills over the years throughout his career.  

Starting his own Smoke Vent Company has allowed him to build a solid client base of long standing and satisfied clients which has enabled the business to grow from strength to strength.

Many of our clients have been with us since the very beginning.  The vast majority of our work comes purely from referral and recommendation.

Today, all works are carried out by Jason and his fully trained team of qualified engineers.
